Cerritos Alumni Chef Dennis Lara-Odell ‘09 hosts an online cooking class Thursday, May 7 at 6 pm. Learn a new recipe and pick up new cooking tips!
Formally trained in the US, at The Art Institute and graduating from the Culinary Art School at Cerritos College, Dennis trained in various Latin, Mediterranean, restaurant. Beginning his career in Atlanta, Georgia, he then “moved on up” to Beverly Hills, California, along the way training with his mentors Chef Lucero Martinez from Zócalo Restaurants, Chef Anthony Pitillo from Cafe Lily in Atlanta, and Chef Koji Miyamoto in Los Angeles, California.
Dennis drives to deliver a creative menu that combines the foods and tastes of Panama with traditional American cuisine… “AmeriPanaminian”
